Fahmi Mursyid is an experimental musician based in Bandung, Indonesia. The music on this cassette was composed by applying granular synthesis techniques to traditional Indonesian instruments; suling, pan flute, kalimba, saron, and bonang. Mursyid created these tracks specifically for Acousmatic listening and the transformative focus of Musique Concrète is present throughout.
